GPS software update on a Chip - Garmin Proprietary chip format

Update the Operating software on your Garmin GPS with this Chip. Let us know what model Garmin marine GPS you have, and the software version it is running, and we will program a chip for you, that you simply plug into the unit and it will provide the latest update available.

We are running into more and more anglers out there that do not keep their unit's software up to date. Some of the updates allow new capabilities, like the saving of waypoints to the card and to the unit. We highly recommend backing up your waypoints to a blank chip ever so often, and also keeping the software up to date on your gps. We are now offering the software update on a chip for those that don't have the reader/ writer. This is offered as a convenience for our customers. This is for the Garmin marine models that take the proprietary (black) chip pictured. Please make sure you have the model unit that uses this chip format.
