The data will not be copied, faked, altered or reverse engineered or given away. The data will be kept intact and not manipulated, exported, or converted in any way without violation of this agreement. Violators of this intellectual copyright notice will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
PERMITTED USAGE The purchaser may use the content for their own personal maps or waypoint guides. These will not be used for any websites, or for any business purpose. You are granted a limited use license to use this data for individual use only and do not own or claim ownership of the data. The User does not imply that they created the Content or that they claim any ownership of copyright over the content. The content may not be used to produce additional products or material that will be sold or given away. The User may not use the Content to produce derivative work for a third party.
REDISTRIBUTION OF CONTENT Redistributing the Content, or any portion thereof, in any form, under any name, on its own or with other products (commercial or otherwise), without the prior written permission of, is forbidden. The User may not redistribute any part of the Content on another website, post on the internet, on a CD-ROM, or on any other form of media without the prior written permission. The User may not sell, rent, or lease the Content to any individual or organization.
LIABILITY The products are provided "as is" and without any warranties as to performance or accuracy, they should furthermore NOT be used or relied on for ANY navigation purposes. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is made with respect to the products. The User assumes the entire risk of using these products . Under no circumstances shall AMC be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages or loss, including, without limitation, lost profits or the malfunction of equipment, loss of data or interruption of business, whether such damages are based upon a breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory, even if AMC is made aware of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances shall AMC or it's owners or employees be liable for any conduct of any person or persons that is associated with the usage of the products.
INTERPRETATION This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and conform to International copyright laws. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law. Where one or more terms of this contract are held to be void or unenforceable for whatever reason, any other terms of the contract not so held will remain valid and enforceable by law. By visiting this site and purchasing our products, you indicate agreement to the above contract and waive all rights of liability, and will use the product for your personal use exclusively without exception. We stand behind our products 100% and will make every effort to make sure our products work in your marine GPS. You also acknowledge that once the product is opened and loaded into your GPS unit, the contents is considered "Software", and therefore NO REFUNDS can be issued. Please see our exchange policy, as we will exchange your purchase for the same area if the chip does not work out of the box.
